Design Integration

Terri serves as the Design Coordinator, integrating architects, engineers, and consultants at the right time and in the right amount to protect owners from cash flow leakage, premature designer involvement, and over-processing of work.

Their goal is to establish clear "just-in-time" decision making and cash flow boundaries for all stakeholders towards minimizing waste by unnecessary and out of sequence choices for clients while keeping design efforts focused and productive.

Together, Kyle and Terri guide owners toward better value, actively controlling the design process, engaging trade contractors early when it makes sense, and guiding all stakeholders through IDP Build's 7-step process—so projects move into construction with clarity, confidence, and control.
